The SOTT WrapEssentials™ series is a high-quality cast PVC wrap film. This soft, flexible PVC film has special properties, as described below, but one of its main selling points is the possibility to manufacture it in virtually any color, optionally even with the same color depth of exclusive automotive paints.

STATE-OF-THE-ART
The Wrap Essentials colours are unique in their design. This high-grade film consists of multilayered cast PVC containing special colour pigments and metallic particles. The top layer may contains 5 types of SpecialFlake™ pigments that totally change when the film comes in contact with water (this effect appears on the matte and satin versions only.
PERFECT INSTALLATION
The Wrap Essentials films are developed by SOTT and manufactured in the USA and are intended for the professional wrap and automotive industries. Quality and ease of installation CAN go hand in hand with great visual appeal, as these films clearly demonstrate. All films consist of a multi-layered cast pvc with micro air channels in the adhesive layer that simplify corrections during installation.

ULTRA FLEXIBLE
The multilayer production process that is used for the Wrap Essentials films results in a very flexible and easily conformable film. The multi-layered cast film has a total thickness of approx. 100 microns and with some added warmth becomes so soft that it can easily be worked into corners and indentations.
APPLICATIONS
Long-term high performance CAST film with outstanding dimensional stability and good conformability for applications onto flat surfaces and moderate curves, with or without rivets designed for full and partial vehicle wraps.
This exclusive CAST product combines speedy and trouble free film application, thanks to the AS airchannel liner which allows air to be easily squeezed out during the application and the permanent repositionable adhesive that thanks to the low initial tack allows an easy repositioning during application. The final strong bond ensure a secure and weatherproof finish.
After application, all edges and stretched areas must be heat-set(post heated) at 100 -105°C (212 - 221°C).
